All that you have to do to receive your refund is send the product back to us.
Please first consult with Customer Service to obtain the required RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. You may email Customer Service at customerservice@thermaclear.com or call 1.800.604.6403.
For your convenience, a return address label has been provided on the upper left corner of your packing slip. Any returns should be sent to:

If you have misplaced the return policy insert please click here to download it, and print and fill out the form to be included in your return.
We recommend that you send your return via a traceable method (e.g. UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation) so that you can be sure that we received it. Upon return, credit will be applied to the original credit card used during the initial order.
PLEASE NOTE! In order to expedite your refund, please include ALL original packaging and contents along with your packing slip. You must submit your return no later than 30-days after the original order date. ThermaClear is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.

The ThermaClear device is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser and only when purchased from an authorized retailer. eBay is not an authorized retailer of ThermaClear. For the precise and legal terms of the warranty on ThermaClear, please refer to the ThermaClear User's Guide. If the product should become defective during the warranty, please contact our Customer Service department for questions, repair or replacement.
